The second game, 人間牧場〜實習編〜, shifts the viewpoint to a male student training to become a professional milker

The protagonist is no longer a prisoner but a trainee who enters a legal farm of his own accord. His scheduled coursework is cut short when the facility runs into trouble, and along the way he meets Ayana Momose, rated as a premium “heifer”, learning the realities of a milker’s job and the inner workings of the farm that outsiders never see

Policewoman Iori Goes Undercover Against the “Underground Human Farm”

Iori, the protagonist of this third entry, is a policewoman driven by an unbending sense of justice

To investigate the illegal underground organization called the “Underground Human Farm”, she decides to conceal her identity and slip alone into the territory it controls. Legal facilities answer to state regulation, while the underground farms operate with no public oversight at all, and women there can be treated as merchandise, test material, or tools for satisfying the demands of particular clients

That leaves Iori in an especially dangerous position. She has to experience the underground farm’s services and systems firsthand without letting her badge show, and to dig any deeper she sometimes has to go along with what her captors want, enduring examinations, drugs and conditioning severe enough to shake her resolve

From Investigator to Test Subject, Adult Events Reshape Iori’s Situation

The underground farm controls technology tied to the M drug and to human behavioral control, and over the course of her investigation Iori can encounter brainwashing procedures, aphrodisiac baths and the milking equipment the series is known for. These events do more than stage a scene, they track how her body and her mind are worn down by the underground farm step by step

At first she may only be feigning obedience to gather intelligence, but as the drugs take hold and the stimulation and the organization’s coaxing repeat, the detective who set out to expose the truth may start to depend on the treatment the farm gives her

Whether the investigator ends up becoming part of the farm herself is the central dramatic tension of this entry

As the story advances, players meet 11 main characters, each with their own backstory, allegiance and dedicated events tied to the main plot

The game contains 34 adult events, and they are not standalone set pieces. They unlock progressively based on character relationships, investigation progress and player choices, showing how each character’s state of mind shifts under different circumstances while feeding back into where the story goes next

There are also 5 or more different endings on offer.
