Protagonist Haruto Kitakami walks into the most absurd life pivot of his career: he accepts a friend’s referral for a job that includes room and board, only to discover on day one that the job is live-in warden at a famous all-girls’ academy dormitory. One guy plus three girls in the messy thick of adolescence — that’s the entire premise, and it runs.

The three residents close the distance faster than you’d expect: Suzu Natsumi, all sharp tongue in public but quietly attention-seeking with people she trusts; Hiyori Akishima, the punk-look kitten who lives to prank Haruto; and Aiko Tousaki, whose intense gaze locks onto Haruto from minute one. Living together inside this tiny dorm ecosystem sends the story in directions nobody saw coming.

Genuinely talented in fine art, though she only deploys that talent on redecorating her own room. Her hands-off parents fueled her need for attention, and the result is the school’s resident troublemaker.
