In Girls’ Dorm – Managing an all-girls’ dormitory, players take on the role of the handsome and reliable dorm caretaker, Haruto Kitakami.

Right at the start of the game, Togo Aika introduces a job to the desperate protagonist.

To his surprise, it’s a job as a caretaker for an all-girls’ dormitory!

The moment Aika leaves, the sweet-scented girls of the dorm crowd right around him~~

Inside an all-girls’ dorm, a male caretaker is stared at like a rare exotic animal.

Completely unsurprisingly, he is subsequently fancied by all three girls: Natsumi Suzu, Hiyori Akishima, and Aiko Fuyusaki.

In the end, he lives a blissfully happy harem life.

Although the caretaker’s face isn’t frequently shown in this title, the three heroines constantly shower him with compliments.

Game Introduction

There are three heroines in Girls’ Dorm – Managing an all-girls’ dormitory: Natsumi Suzu, Hiyori Akishima, and Aiko Fuyusaki.

The three heroines have quite different personalities and bodily proportions.

Natsumi Suzu is a bit of a tsundere and acts a little stubborn; she has inverted nipples.

Hiyori Akishima is slightly spoiled, often plays pranks on purpose, and loves using them to catch the caretaker’s attention.

Aiko Fuyusaki, on the other hand, thinks the caretaker is a total catch right from the start and wants to marry him!!! Plus, her chest is a bit on the larger side.

After going through a few twists and turns along the way, Haruto claims all three of these girls for his harem.

Going from an all-girls’ dorm caretaker to a girls’ harem manager.

The three girls reach a delicate balance.

How to Play

The gameplay of Girls’ Dorm – Managing an all-girls’ dormitory is incredibly simple.

Basically, the plot progresses on its own; players only need to make choices at a few specific moments.

We recommend saving your game whenever a choice pops up, so you can come back later to replay different options.

This is the only way to unlock the complete CG gallery.

Different choices will slightly affect the explicit animations that follow, but they don’t have much impact on the plot, and most of the explicit scenes are fairly similar.

Clearing the game unlocks the Memory mode, but the scenes won’t be fully unlocked.

Therefore, you can load your saves after clearing the game to replay other choices.

By doing this, you can unlock every single scene.

Since the plot advances automatically, you never have to worry about getting stuck.

There are no Bad Endings either; progressing smoothly through the story guarantees you’ll get H-scenes.

Character Introduction

Natsumi Suzu

At the start of the game, Natsumi Suzu is described as a straightforward, upright girl.

But in reality, she isn’t particularly straightforward.

She’s just a bit guarded initially, and even tosses some sarcastic remarks at the caretaker.

Natsumi is a girl with excellent grades, and she cares quite a bit about her academic performance.

To her surprise, she ends up losing in exam scores to her peer, Nanjo.

That’s when big brother Haruto steps in!

The caretaker transforms into a counselor on the spot.

He comforts Natsumi, saying it’s actually great to have a rival of the same age, and tells her not to stress over her grades.

Back in her own bedroom, Natsumi…

…thinks to herself: Wow, the caretaker fits my ideal image of a mature adult perfectly! >///<

How did this happen? >///<

She can’t help but ask Haruto to tutor her that evening >///<

While tutoring, Haruto falls asleep.

Once he drifts off, Haruto naturally stands at full attention.

With her heart fluttering wildly, Natsumi is also filled with intense anticipation.

Uh-oh, Haruto ends up getting taken by storm.

It feels like experiencing a real-life wet dream while asleep.

Natsumi takes the opportunity to ride on top.

When Haruto opens his eyes, he’s totally bewildered, thinking huh, what, what, what?

Yet he can’t help but finish this real-life wet dream.

Natsumi sums up the situation and concludes:

“You can tutor me again next time!”

“Let’s exchange contact info first!”

The very next day, Haruto receives an explicit selfie from his dorm resident~~

Hiyori Akishima

While chatting with Hiyori Akishima, Haruto figures that she might just be someone who’s good at catching hints—a cute girl who knows how to keep a conversation going.

But one day, he discovers…

Hiyori actually had Matsuri punch the clock for her!!!

This won’t do; he has to go bring her back!!

Aiko Fuyusaki

Aiko Fuyusaki takes a liking to Haruto right from the start.

The main settings are all set within the school dormitory.

The three heroines will randomly drop into Haruto’s room in various ways, or wait in ambush stark naked inside Haruto’s shower room.

When Haruto isn’t around, they might be in their own rooms, lovesick and pleasuring themselves.

Many of the scenes involve multiple participants.

Even when Haruto isn’t there, the girls will play around among themselves!

Game Plot

Opening the Harem

After Haruto finishes doing it with all three of them in a mix of frustration and bliss, he receives explicit selfies from each of them on his phone.

Sexual bliss arrives incredibly fast.

All three of them say: “I love Haruto so much, I want Haruto (his junk).”

After all, Haruto Kitakami is a reliable caretaker.

A reliable man must satisfy a girl’s needs.

Haruto uses twisted logic to convince himself.

Running away after doing it just once is not what a real man does.

A man should do it multiple times to do right by these babes.

What’s more, these three girls are all trustworthy.

They aren’t the type of girls who think that doing it once means you must choose her and only her to be together (?).

They are the type of girls who offer their bodies simply because they find the caretaker reliable!

They are girls who are totally down for a harem!

Next, all three girls start approaching the dorm caretaker using different excuses.

Haruto’s junk is practically treated like public property in the dorm.

So, Hiyori Akishima and Natsumi Suzu form an alliance.

They lure Aiko Fuyusaki away so they can share Haruto’s junk.

Next, Aiko Fuyusaki and Natsumi Suzu form an alliance as well.

Natsumi hesitated a bit at first.

But after seeing Hiyori Akishima act spoiled with the caretaker, begging to eat omurice, Natsumi can’t take it anymore!

Alliance formed!

The caretaker is pushed into the bedroom once again.

The combination of Aiko Fuyusaki X Natsumi Suzu.

In the end, everyone has experienced being left out exactly once.

Even though mathematically everyone has done it the same number of times, they all still get annoyed over the one time they didn’t get to participate.

Girls are truly terrifying.

The solution the troubled Haruto comes up with at first is actually absolute equality across the board.

“If that’s how it is, forget it! None of you get anything!”

The three girls have no choice but to go back to their own rooms and pleasure themselves.

The voice actresses in Girls’ Dorm – Managing an all-girls’ dormitory are very cute.

The gameplay is simple, and explicit scenes show up very quickly.

Highly recommended for players who are particularly sensitive to voice acting and want a mindless gaming experience.
