How to Play
Basic Gameplay
The primary gameplay of 《ドキドキ! 性感マッサージ》 revolves around massaging Nana each week.
Time in the game is measured in “weeks.”
Each week, you can perform one therapeutic massage session on Nana.
After the massage concludes, you enter the free action phase.
Within a limited number of action points, you can rest, work a part-time job, take classes, or head to the casino.
Resting and sleeping restores your stamina, working earns money,
taking seminar classes boosts maximum stamina and unlocks new body parts,
while visiting the casino lets you gamble to win or lose big (?).
Shopping in the store does not consume action points.
Before starting each week’s massage, Nana will tell you where her body feels sore or uncomfortable.
In later stages, she will start saying she feels empty and wants to be filled. When that happens, just fill her up!
The protagonist’s stamina meter is displayed at the top of the screen.
Stamina drains during massages. If you get completely drained down to 0, the current massage session ends immediately.
A summary log is displayed after each massage.
Working part-time jobs and attending classes also consume stamina.
Early on, you’ll feel that stamina is quite tight.
Doing explicit stuff requires stamina, and earning money requires even more stamina!
So you’ll have to head back to sleep and recharge your energy.
Massage
Upon entering a session, Nana will be at the center of the screen.
Available tools are located on the left side.
Initially you only have hands, but later on you’ll acquire a tongue, purchased vibrators, and a strap-on dildo.
Hovering your mouse over different areas of her body will display red prompts where you can perform a massage.
Blue prompts appear when clothes can be removed.
The right side features Nana’s chat topics and pose selections.

Weekly Actions
After the massage ends, you enter the free action phase.
You have a fixed number of actions per week: choose between resting, working, attending seminars, shopping, or repaying debts.
Resting restores stamina, working earns money, and seminars teach new massage knowledge while increasing your maximum stamina limit.
When starting the next week’s massage, your stamina meter does not reset automatically.
Therefore, you must manage your stamina carefully.
You can’t pour all your energy into working for money, or you won’t have the stamina left to touch and massage Nana.
On the flip side, you can’t skip work entirely, or you’ll be ruined by debt collectors.
We recommend repaying debts once every three weeks in the early game, which effectively relieves financial pressure.
Messages
The Messages tab allows you to view texts sent by other characters.
Your master will send game tips, and you can flirt back and forth with Nana.
As for Big Sis Long, she constantly sends messages chasing down payments.
Don’t rush to pay off Big Sis Long early on; paying the minimum requirement each time is plenty.
You can pay off a large sum all at once near the end, and she will reward you with her body—hehehe.
Store
The shop carries massage props and gifts, most of which offer special effects.
For example, items can increase the massage shop’s passive income or boost Nana’s development and trust levels.
There are also pillows that boost stamina recovery efficiency.

However, you can keep paying the bare minimum. Don’t panic—just save up enough cash to pay off a huge chunk all at once later.
Originally, it was hard to understand why the masseur didn’t borrow from a bank instead of a loan shark.
But when repaying the debt, Big Sis Long suddenly offers bonus services—and instantly, everything makes sense!
The DLC Big Sis Long Chapter allows for far more interactions with her.
The core gameplay remains identical to the base game,
except the main heroine switches from Nana to Big Sis Long.
Additionally,
the DLC introduces a master who specifically teaches explicit massage techniques,

Main Story Walkthrough
Weeks 1 to 3
In Week 1, Nana visits the massage shop for the first time.

Starting from Week 4, the massage shop sees a notable bump in income.
After unlocking new body parts, make sure to make full use of the new poses.
Use your revenue to snowball into more wealth by continuing to buy income-boosting items.
From Week 5 onward, her Guard level drops significantly lower, unlocking far more massage techniques than before.
The same body part isn’t limited to simple rubbing or massaging anymore—you can start licking too!
By Week 6, you won’t need to worry about her Guard meter blowing up anymore.
