Developed by Taiwan studio Laoer Forge and published by 072 Project, the 3D simulation game Sex Tracker: The Quiet Girl’s Secret Fetish launched its full version on Steam on June 23, priced at NT$350 with a 10% launch-window discount. A winner of the Best Newcomer award at the 2025 G-EIGHT game show, the game casts you as a professional “tamer” who takes on a curious request from Mio, a quiet convenience-store clerk — and through a series of stalking and exploration, you peel back the secrets she keeps hidden behind her demure exterior.

Three Story Stages, With an Open World After Clearing Them

The main story is built around a unique stalking mechanic: you tail Mio without being noticed, using cover, obstacles and items to stay out of her line of sight while clearing tailing missions across residential areas, parks, trains and more. Beyond the standard difficulty, the game also offers three “Inferno mode” stages that crank up the challenge and test your route planning and timing. Once you clear all of the main story content, you unlock two large open-world maps that deliver an exploration experience completely different from the main line.

A Greatly Expanded Open World With More NPCs and Side Events

One of the biggest additions in this full version is a further expansion of the open world. On top of several new NPCs, it packs in plenty of explorable events and side quests — you might pick up a request to track down a lost bicycle, run into a special challenge like a bird-shooting minigame, or trigger hidden story beats and bonus CG events as you wander around. The open world is no longer just a post-clear extra, but a space genuinely worth spending time exploring.

Outfits Applied to the 3D Model for More Intuitive Exploration

The full version also introduces outfit-to-model functionality: the outfit you pick in-game is reflected directly on the character’s 3D model, and a new quest-marker system makes exploration more intuitive and convenient. On top of that, heroine Mio now ships with Chinese voice acting, and you can gradually unlock more story and collectible content through the various events and interactions.
