The main goal is simple: get the heroine to fall for you and reach “happily ever after.” During the day, you can play it safe and act like the harmless big brother. Game Flow
This is a date-and-action-point style sim, but don’t worry—the dates themselves aren’t strictly limited, so you can play at your own pace. Each day is split into daytime and nighttime phases. During the day, you can chat with the heroine, work out, or earn money through your job. Nighttime, on the other hand, is when you can sneak in some… well, let’s call it a “night raid.”
As the story progresses, more scenes and positions unlock, and eventually, even during the day, you can get cozy with her.

Let’s start with the main daytime screen. Here, you’ll get a simple overview of the interface and all the different stats you’ll be managing.
The Cozy Co-Living Main Screen
The top of the screen, from left to right, shows: Date, Affection, Trust, Courage, Ejaculation Count, SP, and Cash
Date: Basically just flavor text—doesn’t affect gameplay, so you can ignore it.
Affection: As this goes up, more conversations unlock. It only goes up, never down.
Trust: Doing adult actions will lower this. If it hits zero, the game ends immediately, so watch it carefully.
Courage: Think of it as boldness—the most important stat in the game. Peeking, night raids, and other “sneaky” actions raise your Courage. Higher Courage unlocks more items and gameplay options.
Ejaculation Count: Self-explanatory, but honestly, not that important.
SP: Used to upgrade skills that help you progress in the game. Earn it by exercising.
Cash: Used to buy items, earned by working.

Action Points: You get four per day, and there’s no way to restore them, so use wisely.
Talk: Chat with the heroine to increase Affection and Trust.
Exercise: Work out to boost SP and Trust, and also make the heroine a bit sleepier.
Work: Earn cash and a little Trust at the same time.
Rest: Just skips time—rarely needed.
Remember—you gotta chat with the heroine about all kinds of topics if you want the story to progress.
The right side of the screen, from top to bottom, shows: Shop, Items, Player Status, and Heroine’s H-Status
Shop: Buy items. The available stock increases as your Courage goes up.
Items: Check and use your items here—doesn’t consume action points.
Player Status: Spend SP here to learn new skills.
Heroine’s H-Status: Track all her stats; the most useful ones are sleepiness, bladder, and libido.

Now let’s move on to nighttime gameplay—aka the “night raids” on the heroine. The interface is pretty straightforward, and if you’ve played similar games, you’ll pick it up quickly.
Core Gameplay — Night Raids
Basic controls: first, select the body part or item you want to use from the left side. Then, slide over the heroine’s body. If an icon appears, it means you can interact or touch that area. Hold the left mouse button and drag to make it work. The right and middle buttons only work once you unlock insertion options.
The heroine’s status includes orgasm meter and sleep depth. Sleep depth goes from 熟睡→睡眠→寢惚→覺醒 Until she reaches a certain level, if she wakes up, the night raid ends immediately and you’ll lose a big chunk of Trust, so be careful!
What happens when the heroine realizes she’s being “attacked” by her trusted big-brother…?

This game is a chill, bite-sized experience. Stats and gameplay are designed to be relaxed, and there’s very little repetitive grind. You can play at your own pace, but here are some tips to help you finish the game faster and smoother.
Save & Replay Tips
Important stuff first: this game does not have auto-save, so it’s easy to accidentally trigger a BAD END and lose progress. There are only five save slots, so make sure you save frequently.
Also, there’s no replay or story review function—once a scene is over, it’s gone. So pay attention and plan your choices carefully.
Main Story Progression
The game doesn’t really have branching storylines—it’s just sweet everyday life. Raise your Courage to around 18–20, complete all conversations with the heroine, and buy the item “Cooking Utensils”. After that, a confession option will appear, letting you become a couple. Once you’re lovers, new events and H-scenes unlock, so enjoy living together with her!

Courage Stat
This is the most important stat in the game—almost everything ties into it. You raise Courage by peeking and night raids. Even if you don’t actively try to boost it, normal gameplay will increase it over time.
Those fun, peek-at-bath scenes… but beware, there’s no skip function, so they take a while.
If you want to level Courage faster, the author recommends skipping daytime peeks like bathroom or bath scenes—they take a long time and can’t be skipped. Instead:
During the day, use Work or Exercise to quickly pass time.
At night, select a night raid, then exit immediately via the bottom-right button.
Even without doing any real “naughty” actions, Courage will still increase. You can also earn money and SP this way—definitely the most efficient method.
Shopping Priority
Items to prioritize:
Cooking Utensils → Needed to progress the main story.
Love Hotel Reservation → Unlocks CG scenes.
Other items are optional, based on your play style. Some “Observation Eye” items let you see special heroine stats—they don’t affect story progression, so buying them isn’t required.
Warning: Avoid items with “xxxxダウン” in the name—they lower skill levels. These appear early in the game, and non-Japanese readers might accidentally think they’re upgrades.

Skill Upgrades
Recommended skill path:
Put 2–3 points into Work to improve earning efficiency.
Max Stealth (affects peek success rate) and Lockpicking (extends night raid duration).
Other skills can be upgraded based on your personal preference.
Most of the skill upgrade screen doesn’t really impact gameplay, except for the first row.
Additional Notes on Night Raids
Night raids are pretty straightforward, but there are two things to keep in mind:
Raid Duration: How long you can play a night raid depends on your Lockpicking skill and the heroine’s sleepiness. If your lockpicking is too slow or she’s not asleep yet, it will affect the raid.
Maybe if you max out her sleepiness during the day… who knows?
Trust Risk: If the heroine wakes up, you’ll lose a ton of Trust, and you could hit a BAD END. That said, this heroine is probably the deepest sleeper the author has ever seen in similar games. During testing, the author deliberately tried to wake her up to trigger different BAD ENDs—but even after clicking all over, she just kept sleeping soundly.
Even all bundled up like this, she can still sleep like a rock.
If you really want to wake her up fast, a quicker method is repeatedly putting on and taking off her clothes—it’s much faster than poking around aimlessly.
BAD ENDs
There are three types of BAD ENDs in the game:
Trust drops to 0
Using restraints during a night raid before becoming lovers or having high Affection, waking the heroine
Getting the heroine pregnant before becoming lovers
Honestly, you don’t need to purposely trigger these. The BAD ENDs don’t have special CG or events—they’re just a black screen with a few lines explaining what happened.

Replay & Multiple Endings
There’s no required New Game+ grind. After finishing a good ending, the game resets you to just before that ending, and it won’t trigger the same ending again, letting you explore different outcomes. It’s a thoughtful touch.

Somewhere along the way, co-living sims with cute girls have popped up like mushrooms after the rain, and the genre has really taken shape.
The heroine you live with is, unsurprisingly, 100% a cute girl.
The author hasn’t played all of them, but notable titles like early Teaching Feeling、1room、妹!せいかつ, as well as more recent ones like Fallen / Brand New World and イケない！ 同棲らいふare excellent games that have drawn a solid fanbase.
This game, “秘密のシェアハウスせいかつ”, might not be as polished or expansive as those bigger titles, but it’s still a compact gem.
