ToggleThe Steam-Yanked “Ride Me, Taxi Driver” Is Back on Jan 27 — Official Site Launch Promos Are Live Too
Yeah, that NSFW title that got pulled from Steam is making a comeback. “Ride Me, Taxi Driver,” developed by Taiwan-based adult game team WorkNite Games (WorkNite Games) and published by Eternal Alice Studio (Eternal Alice Studio), is officially returning on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Back during development, the game showed up on Steam and got plenty of eyes on it—then disappeared thanks to platform policy. Instead of trimming what they wanted to make, the dev team decided to go “official website first,” so players can get the full, uncut experience exactly as intended.

Once You Pick Them Up… Where Are You Taking Them? | Ride Me, Taxi Driver — Features Preview
You play as a taxi driver cruising around the city, picking up passengers and getting pulled into their stories. Your dialogue and choices actually matter, and each character has their own route. Build up intimacy and you’ll unlock new events and scenes—hit certain milestones and you can even call them on demand, then jump into exclusive interactions across different locations.

There are six characters you can pursue: “Lin Yuesen,” a newlywed who looks like she’s living the dream (but clearly isn’t); “Zhou Xinyi,” the senior who’s way too familiar and somehow still intimidating; “Lian Zhiying,” a proud, take-no-prisoners sexy councilwoman; “Mo Keling,” the mysterious car-wash girl; “Ai,” a shy girl chasing an idol dream; and “Yao,” a wandering spirit who only books rides at specific times. Everyone’s got layers—and the game wants you to peel them back one ride at a time.

Meme Chaos + Event-Driven Gameplay | Every Trip Can Go Off the Rails
Gameplay-wise, Ride Me, Taxi Driver mixes “driving / picking up passengers” with a ton of meme-heavy set pieces. While you’re on the road, you can randomly run into classic meme moments, Taiwan-specific references, special events, and voiced lines that keep each run unpredictable. There’s also a snappy QTE system mixed in, so you’ll be reacting fast when things pop off.

On top of that, the game packs detailed HCGs and animated scenes, plus an SD-style object interaction system that adds extra layers to character moments. Drive passengers to earn cash, upgrade your ride, raise affection, and push deeper into each character’s route.

Launch-Only Bonuses Are Here | Website-First So Nothing Gets Cut
Because of platform review rules, Ride Me, Taxi Driver is going website-first—so the team can deliver the full experience without watering anything down. And to thank longtime supporters, the official site is running multiple website-exclusive promos alongside the launch.

Official Site Sign-Up Rewards | Register and Get “Angry Dik” + Discount Coupons
During the launch promo window, if you register as an “official website member,” you’ll get the game “Angry Dik” for free, plus multiple sitewide discount coupons as a thank-you for sticking with the team.

Starting January 27, if you buy Ride Me, Taxi Driver on the official website, you’ll get 10% off for launch—plus a bonus digital artbook (character + production setting materials). So you’re not just getting the game, you’re also getting a behind-the-scenes look at the designs and details.

The Cozy Newcomer VTuber | “Minase AI” Is Joining the Cast — Debut Stream Countdown Is On
A cozy newcomer VTuber, “Minase AI,” is also showing up in Ride Me, Taxi Driver. She’ll be riding shotgun through your trips with a soft, soothing voice—and as you interact more, she’ll show a side you won’t see in her usual “on-stream” vibe, adding extra comfort (and surprise) to the journey.

Ride Me, Taxi Driver is set to launch globally across multiple platforms on January 27. You’ll be able to grab it via the official website, DLsite, FANZA, and more. For the latest updates, hit the official website—or follow the official Facebook, YouTube, and Discord.
