《Mirai’s Midnight Stream》Game Unboxing & Walkthrough【Mango Party】

Hello everyone, this time I’m introducing the game “Mirai’s Midnight Stream”. It was released on June 20, 2025, developed by Fox House and published by Mango Party. It’s a management simulation game priced at $15.99 on Steam. It supports Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean, and the female lead features full Japanese and English voice acting.

Game Features

  1. The pacing is fast—you jump into the action with no dragging.
  2. The plot is simple and easy to follow, and the animations are gorgeous.
  3. Plenty of CG content, with varied themes and consistent quality.
  4. Full voice acting for the heroine—emotion is rich throughout.
  5. Includes some beast‑lust elements.

If the above sounds like your jam, I highly recommend giving Mirai’s Midnight Stream a try!

Game Background

A stunningly beautiful and charismatic fox spirit heroine.

The story is set in modern times. You play an ordinary disciple of the martial sect “Golden Staff Style.” Your lifelong goal is mastering ultimate martial arts and elevating the sect’s status. But by sect rules, you first have to slay monsters to build merit and climb the ranks before learning the advanced inner art.

That imposing first appearance from the great fox spirit still packed a punch.

So you set your sights on the legendary fox spirit who’s disappeared for over a century. After much effort, you finally track her down within a shrine’s seal: the gorgeous fox spirit Shichiya‐Tsukiyo. She’s not pleased you just barged in, so you clash… and then…

You realize she’s ridiculously weak.

Is this the power of a major yokai…?

You can’t help but ask what happened. Tsukiyo explains that due to an event long ago, she had to hide her existence. As time passed and her devotees left, her power faded. Now she’s a shadow of her former self.

You obviously can’t accept that the great fox spirit you toiled to find is so lame. Defeating her wouldn’t even count as an achievement—let alone earning high rank to learn supreme inner arts. You press her—how could she regain her strength so you two can have a fair match?

She says once devotees return, her power will return, too. But who nowadays wants to climb a remote mountain to pay respects at a shabby shrine?

As a modern guy, staring at the shapely, heavenly‑beautiful fox spirit before you, an idea hits you…

So you beat the fox spirit—now, what to do with her body?

Game Goals

Your goal within 49 in‑game days is to help the fox spirit heroine Shichiya‑Tsukiyo gain popularity and restore her strength. You’ll repair the shrine while running erotic livestreams. But Tsukiyo is totally clueless about the modern world—so you help come up with topics, secure sponsorships, and take her out to hang together and build chemistry. You’ll even need to soothe her mood when she’s down so she’ll keep streaming smoothly.

Even a great fox spirit loves being petted sometimes.

User Interface

Main interface overview

  • Top‑left shows core stats: Stamina, Faith, Charm, Lewdness, Stress, Hate, Affection, Shame. Eight stats total. (Game provides explanations if you forget.)
    • Stamina: Tsukiyo’s endurance. Live streams and outings drain it—don’t let it hit zero.
    • Faith: Boosts conversion from subscribers to viewers.
    • Lewdness: Boosts conversion from viewers to money.
    • Charm: Affects subscriber gains per stream.
    • Stress, Hate, Affection: Influence story progression & endings—vary with your actions.
    • Shame: Unlocks certain livestream themes.

Even a fox spirit can get burnt out if the schedule is too packed.

  • Top‑center shows Subscribers, Money, and Action Points.
    • Subscribers: Drives revenue and may trigger story events.
    • Money: Used for shrine repairs.
    • Action Points: You get four each day and they’re your most vital resource. No extra recovery. Time periods are Morning, Noon, Evening, Midnight. All actions (except shrine repairs) cost Action Points.

As subscribers grow, you’ll get to see different sides of Tsukiyo.

  • Right side shows the current day count and action buttons:
    • Go Out / Photoshoot: Unlock stream themes, increase popularity & income, and collect CG images.
    • Curse: Let Tsukiyo curse troll viewers—reduces stress but raises hate.
    • Purify: Cleanse her energy—lowers hate.
    • Rest: Helps her relax—reduces stress and restores stamina.
    • Training: Erotic “training”—affects Lewdness, Charm, and Shame.
    • Change Outfit: Buy and change her outfits; unlock new dialogue in the overworld.
    • Shrine: Spend money to repair the shrine.
    • Gallery: View collected CG and scenes from streams.

Going out with the fox spirit means snapping pics to build hype for streams.

  • Livestream: Host a stream with Tsukiyo to earn popularity and income. Eleven themes, each with five sessions—each session has unlock requirements. Full voice acting is a highlight—this is the core of the game.

When it comes to making money through streaming, of course we’ve gotta get Lady Fox to do some sponsored content.

Even our usually timid Lady Fox has her moments of rage.

The bottom-right corner gives you access to other system features.

“Settings”: Adjust system-related game settings.

“Save”: Save your game. The save system here is a bit unique—we’ll explain more about it later.

“Help”: Check out game tutorials and guides here.

“Gallery”: Check which events and streams you’ve cleared so far, plus the basic unlock conditions for each ending. You can also replay all past events and streams from here.

You can revisit all scenes and streams in the Gallery, along with helpful hints on how to unlock each ending.

Game Flow

The game splits into four main loops:

Shrine Repair Phase

The old shrine’s been falling apart after a hundred years—fixing anything costs money.

The shrine’s ancient and falling apart—anything you fix costs money. Repairs unlock gameplay features and each new building triggers a brief event with Tsukiyo. You can later demolish repaired buildings for cash (useful early on); achievements even reward this—but mid‑game you’re unlikely to run out of money.

Tsukiyo appreciates your effort.

Outing / Photoshoot Phase

Show the shrine lady the joys of modern entertainment!

Using Action Points, you visit places that modify stats and unlock CG scenes & stream themes. You also upload pics to social media to boost popularity—and since streams are erotic, expect some risqué photos too.

Maid Lady Fox’s Spicy Selfies

You must visit a location before you can photoshoot there. Nighttime outing, photoshoot, and some spots require shrine upgrades to unlock—just don’t overdo it.

What looks like a gorgeous outdoor photoshoot… might’ve just been the result of going a little too wild…?

Erotic Training Phase
A no-nonsense domming session

This is the second most erotic part after livestreams. Divided into “caressing” and “sex” segments—each has five topics. Used to lower Shame and unlock stream themes. Animated via Live2D (called “H-motion”). No storyline or dialogue here, but voice acting is present.

Give Lady Fox’s fluffy ears a little pat.

Gameplay is simple: choose commands so Tsukiyo climax, then you’re done. Some themes may need repeats due to stat requirements. Each session is short—under a minute. Later in the game, you seldom need to repeat these.

Some private cuddle time with Lady Fox.

As long as both sides finish, the training’s a success. And hey—if you’re up for another round, go for it.

Livestream Phase

The heart of the game—virtually all side‑stories revolve around livestreams. Eleven livestream themes × five sessions each. Typical runtime is ~5 minutes per stream with full voice, diverse CG, diff‑variations, and some Live2D or animation‑style scenes. But you don’t interact during stream—just watch as Tsukiyo gets worked over.

A wide variety of stream themes—pick whatever suits your vibe.

Maid Lady Fox’s stream even comes with a light mode you can switch to.

The stream content gets spicier as you progress

Night or Midnight are the only time slots permitted for streaming.

Trigger warnings show up before any heavier themes—skip if it’s too much. Achievements might be locked out but story isn’t affected.

Thoughtful content warnings included.

Yep, there are some streams with a bit of that dom vibe too.

But overall, it leans more toward sweet, lovey-dovey streams.

The streaming themes—core to the gameplay—are super diverse.

Twin play that no ordinary human could pull off.

Strategy Tips

Some basic concepts and safety pointers:

This is a light resource‑management and stat‑building game. Though there are many stats, aside from Action Points you rarely run out. Feel free to play your way.

1.Pay special attention to Stamina, Stress, Hate, and Affection—since these directly influence endings. But the thresholds are generous; just avoid hitting min/max extremes and you’re generally safe.

Treat Lady Fox right—she’s still a girl, you know!

2.The number of photoshoots (which heavily raise Stress) is limited. If you’re after a certain ending or achievement, save those shoots for a big burst.

3.There are 15 possible endings. Unlock conditions, including for streams and endings, are clearly marked or hinted in-game; Steam achievements also help if you bought via Steam.
Your gorgeous fox-wife waiting to walk you home after work.

4.You can fast‑forward streams using the button in the lower‑left—handy if needed.

5.Though the erotic content is mostly in livestreams, the game includes main and side story segments. Triggered—likely—by subscriber count. Just hit thresholds and narratives unfold.

A mysterious girl shows up in the story—who is she…?

6.Completing all five streams in a theme may teach you the Golden Staff Style’s ultimate inner art. Rumor says this ties into some endings…

Rumor has it she’s tied to one of the endings…?

7.The save system is unusual:

    1. Auto‑saves at the start of each day; manual saves are disabled.
    2. When loading, you can roll back to any previous day’s save; the interface shows all stats from that day.
    3. To preserve a specific checkpoint for exploring other endings, you need to duplicate the save to another slot manually.

4.Auto‑saves go into the slot you’re currently loading from; you can’t choose where.

8..If you just want to skip days, resting is the only way—it lowers Stress too. No other quick skip option (maybe I haven’t found it yet).

9.Changing outfits updates Tsukiyo’s standing sprite, and clicking it triggers new dialogue.

10.The tutorial says you can walk around the shrine using keyboard—truthfully, I’m not sure what it’s meant for.

My Thoughts

Personal impressions after a playthrough:

  1. Kicks off unexpectedly fast — Most games ease into the erotic scenes, but this one dives in early. Devs clearly aren’t playing around in the lewd department. I found the erotic content surprisingly rich.
  2. Stunningly polished OP and cutscenes — Though the core is livestreams, the intro and mid-story parts (telling Tsukiyo’s backstory) are exceptionally refined, which feels like a generous use of budget.

It’s not just about the lewds—cutscenes are surprisingly well done too.
  3. Heroine design — Tsukiyo fits a familiar archetype: a proud yokai with low self-confidence, easily coaxed into livestreams by you, but later overwhelmed by shame. After a little loving words she recovers—rinse and repeat. Check the post or store page for her sprite art.

Lady Fox totally clueless when it comes to fixing plumbing or wiring.
  4. Plot — The main story is pure romance. Livestream viewers always watch, so if that’s a dealbreaker for you, beware. Heavier themes get warning pop-ups. Outings and photoshoots are CG only—no dialogue, which felt like a missed opportunity.
  5. Beast‑lust elements — I didn’t expect this. From the dev’s previous work, I guessed it might be their signature, but I wasn’t sure beforehand. I can’t judge the level of “beastification”, though.

    Example of beast transformation level
  6. Endings — There are fifteen endings. Most unlock requirements are hinted in-game; there’s even a “true ending”. I unlocked “Victory of the Two‑Tailed Fox.”

Ending “Victory of the Two-Tailed Fox”—Lady Fox looking drop-dead gorgeous.

Tsukiyo fully restores her power, and though you both had mutual feelings, she challenges you to a fair fight as promised. Though your skills have improved, you’re still bested by the legendary fox spirit. After losing, you agree to her request—to be by her side and care for her forever.

Of course there are many other endings, including the rumored true end—worth exploring yourself.

Something seems… off about Lady Fox…?

Doesn’t feel like a scene from an H-game at all—what the heck is going on…?

Verdict

I wrapped up the first route without a guide, listening to most voice lines, then replayed via load to unlock achievements and other endings. Total play time was about 10 hours (without unlocking all endings).

Honestly? For the price and as an adult game, the content is far beyond what I expected. I thought it’d be just a basic linear visual novel—but with 55 livestream scenes (11 × 5), CGs, variations, Live2D motions, and full voice work—it’s actually packed. The secondary content also had extra CGs or animations, all at solid quality—not cheap filler.

By the time I played, sales on the Steam page had exceeded 60,000 units sold; the publisher also promised ongoing updates. Overall, if you dig the heroine’s vibe, this is a solid game well worth picking up.

That’s it for the article—thanks for reading!
