This time, we’re diving into the third installment of the JEREZ’S ARENA series
As someone who played the first two games, I naturally had pretty high expectations for this sequel
Here’s a heads-up before you start: JEREZ’S ARENA 3 takes a different narrative approach compared to its predecessors. Instead of following the male protagonist’s perspective like before, this game shifts to a female character’s storyline. This change affects how you immerse yourself in the game, so be ready for a fresh experience
Intro: The Multi-Ending System of JEREZ’S Arena 3
The game features a multi-playthrough setup with a total of 7 different endings to collect
Gameplay paths are roughly divided into three main routes:
- Justice Route: A storyline driven by righteousness and heroic choices
- Neutral Route: A balanced path between both factions
- Corruption Route: A darker, more thrilling storyline full of risky decisions
One of these routes is relatively short and can be reached early in the game—fun fact, this was actually the first ending I stumbled upon by accident
In the strategy guide section later, I’ll break down exactly how to unlock each route
Story Overview
Before diving into the walkthrough, let’s take a quick look at the story to feel the charm of this sequel and why it’s worth multiple playthroughs
JEREZ’S ARENA 3 Story Overview
The Tragedy of the Fox Tribe Village
The Fox Tribe village was once a peaceful and harmonious place, until one day it was suddenly attacked by a band of orcs
The heroine’s father, who was the village chief, bravely stepped up to help the villagers escape. Her mother went along with him to rescue those in danger
Meanwhile, the heroine Aureti and her younger sister Melanie hid inside a cave, anxiously waiting for their parents to come back and take them to safety
Captured by Orcs
But the next day, the ones who showed up at the cave entrance weren’t her parents—it was a group of orcs
In order to protect her sister, Aureti fought back desperately, but she was ultimately overwhelmed by their sheer numbers
Faced with her sister being threatened, she had no choice but to surrender. In the end, she was captured and taken to an underground auction, while her sister disappeared without a trace
This marked the beginning of Aureti’s tragic life as a slave
JEREZ’S Underground Arena
Aureti’s new master is Gulos, the ruthless ruler of JEREZ’S underground black market
Gulos runs the infamous underground gladiator arena, controls slaves, manages brothels, and deals in all kinds of shady business
Rumor has it that no slave under his control has ever managed to escape his grasp
The Slave Mark and Fate’s Test
To make things worse, Gulos brands every slave with a magical slave mark, ensuring that even those who hate him can never rebel
But will everything really go exactly as Gulos plans?
As the heroine, it’s up to you to defy fate. Will you be the one to change the destiny of the slaves?
Your choices and actions throughout the game will directly determine Aureti’s ultimate ending

RPG Mechanics & Core Systems
JEREZ’S ARENA 3 is an RPG-style game that blends multiple gameplay elements:
- Map exploration
- Turn-based combat
- Quick Time Events (QTE)
- Stat training and progression
At the start of the game, players are given 3 Action Points (AP) per day. As the story progresses, your available AP will gradually increase
Using Action Points (AP)
Any option that consumes AP will be clearly marked, so you’ll need to plan and manage them carefully
Regular dialogues and basic exploration choices, however, don’t cost AP—feel free to experiment with them without worry
Event Triggers & Indicators
When an option leads to a new event, it will be marked with an exclamation point (!) indicator
These events can trigger story progression, side quests, or even adult (ecchi) scenes
Interestingly, you can also choose to skip certain events, which can lead to entirely different story branches and endings
Map Exploration & Navigation
If there are events available in different areas, the world map will display exclamation points as guides. This makes it easier to plan your route and efficiently progress through exploration

7 Major Map Areas
The dev team put a lot of care into world design. Each area has unique functions and story elements:
- Training Grounds: Main spot for boosting core stats
- Brothel: Increases physique and unlocks special events
- Arena: Central hub for battles and earning rewards
- Gulos’ Mansion: Key location for major side quests
- Tavern: Triggers side stories; later, you can meet Glen, the male lead from previous games
- Back Alley: Hidden events and exclusive storylines
- Guard Post: Forest area behind it often has side missions
Additionally, hidden areas like Arena Underground, Gulos’ Room, and Brothel Depths are worth exploring—many crucial side quests trigger there
Character Growth & Money-Making Methods
Stat Growth Methods
- Train at the Training Grounds (costs AP and money)
- Win any battle
- Work at the Brothel (Note: Strength/STR does NOT increase here)
Money-Making Tips
- Clear main and side quests
- Fight daily in the Arena and win matches
- Work at the Brothel for payment
- Play rock-paper-scissors with the Tavern bartender
Battle Strategies
Combat here rewards patience and pattern recognition. Enemies with similar appearances share attack patterns. Tips:
- On first encounters, use Save/Load (SL) method
- Observe attack patterns and defend frequently to minimize damage
- Once you’ve learned the rhythm, fights become much easier
Orc Battle Guide
Early-game orcs can be beaten with basic stats:
- Battle rhythm: Defend 3 turns, attack 1 turn
- Orcs counterattack after being hit, triggering a QTE—execute it correctly to dodge and counter, and even heal
- On NG+ with inherited high stats, you can brute-force them easily
Arena Fighter Guide
Arena fighters give the highest rewards, so prioritize them:
- Battle rhythm: Attack 1 turn, defend 3 turns
- Round 1 often includes harassment—QTE can dodge it
- Low stamina? Stick to full defense and play safe
Awakened Elophen Guide (Corruption Route)
This fight appears only in the Corruption Route and determines its two different endings:
- Rounds 1–5: Elophen has a strong buff, insane defense and evasion. Focus only on burning turns
- Mid-phase: If your stats are solid, go all-in with skills; no need to over-defend
- Round 14 (Key Point): Elophen launches a lethal surprise attack
- If you Defend: You block it and turn the fight around
- If you Attack: You get one-shot, triggering a special ending
