In the series, Frieren enjoys collecting all sorts of useless magic, such as the spell to create a field of flowers.
However, in this title, Frieren is looking for something more practical—a spell to make elves more fertile.
In pursuit of this magic, twenty-seven years after the death of the Hero Himmel, Frieren’s party arrives at a particular town.
But since the Hero has long since passed away, there isn’t much point in an elf like Frieren becoming fertile now.
So, who exactly is supposed to be getting pregnant?
A pink mist hangs over the town, where Aura the Guillotine has already set an ambush.
She hasn’t just cast aphrodisiac magic on the townspeople; she’s used it on the unicorns as well.
Then, she casts an estrus spell on Fern.
The lovely Fern and Stark were once all sweet and innocent on the carriage, sharing nothing more than a few kisses and touches.
Little did they know that upon arriving at this “Heat Town,” she would transform into a “Corrupted Mage.”

Background
Twenty-seven years after the Hero’s death, Frieren’s party arrives at this town.
They are searching for a spell that makes elves highly fertile.
However, Aura has already laid an ambush in the town, setting up aphrodisiac magic.
The wicked Aura also casts an estrus spell on Frieren’s apprentice, Fern.
Before they can even find the fertility spell, Fern will likely succumb (get pregnant) first.
Introduction
This game features an opening movie, which players can choose to skip if they wish.
Every story begins like this: “Once upon a time…”
An old man sitting in a chair tells a group of children a “Not Safe For Work” (NSFW) story about a mage’s downfall.
Twenty-seven years after the death of the Hero.
Frieren, who loves collecting magic, wants to find a spell that helps elves conceive.
(Why didn’t she collect this while the Hero was still around? It seems a bit late now.)
And so, Frieren, Fern, and Stark arrive in town by carriage.
On the way, Stark “accidentally” rests his hand on Fern’s chest (a little feel-good moment~~).
Stark doesn’t seem to want to move his hand; perhaps he thinks this counts as warrior training.
Resisting lust is, after all, a form of discipline.
To their surprise, upon reaching the town, Fern is targeted by the lurking Aura.
Aura has blanketed the town in aphrodisiac mist and cast an estrus spell directly on Fern!!!
With all this “heat” in the air, our veteran “drivers” (pro players) are certainly in for a treat – /// –
Main Storyline
The Unicorn Quest
Fern, who wanders the town during the day, is frequently harassed during her walks.
The Unicorn Quest she picks up at the Guild is also a bizarre, erotic task.
(It can’t be helped, considering the whole town is under a lustful spell.)
The client asks Fern to collect “essence” from a male unicorn.
To collect this essence, Fern must use various methods to help the unicorn “release.”
It’s a bit of a niche/grotesque scene; if she only uses her hands, the unicorn won’t be satisfied.
To complete the mission, Fern has to give it her all.
Aside from the weird Guild quests, the kids in the park, the market vendors, and the owners of the clothing and magic item shops are all perverted creeps.
They use every excuse to touch Fern and engage in intimate physical contact with her.
Fern is Pregnant
After a long day of “work,” a exhausted Fern returns to the inn.
Before bed, Frieren asks Fern if she wants a magic potion.
Naturally, the answer is no—let’s keep the “spicy” momentum going.
And sure enough, caught red-handed! Even the innkeeper is a pervert.
After being messed with all over town, Fern wakes up to find herself pregnant.
Because Fern has been “intimate” all over the place, it seems like she’s had a fling with almost everyone in town.
As a result, there’s no telling who the father is.
Could it actually be the unicorn’s??!!

Even though he’s the official boyfriend, he gets fewer touches than the random NPCs.
However, as a “Cuckold-enthusiast,” Stark’s pleasure doesn’t necessarily come from touching or doing it with Fern himself.
Watching Fern get “busy” with others is enough to get him going.
After going through “hell and high water” (or many loads), Fern finally reaches the… peak of the mountain church.
Entering the church, the priest asks if they are there to make an offering or to pray.
Hahaha, neither. They’re here to have a baby???
That must be a rare request.
The confessional is on the right, and the clinic is on the left.
Stark should probably head to the right to confess his cuckold tendencies—acting all innocent and confused while being “excited” by Fern’s escapades.
The pregnant Fern heads to the clinic on the left.
To no one’s surprise, this doctor also performs “H-diagnoses.”
In theory, he should have his license revoked and his name shamed.
But this is a game, so it’s all “legal.”
The doctor checks if Fern’s “functions” are in order and if she can be a good mother.
For instance, checking her nursing ability, which involves some chest examinations.
This part gets a bit niche again; right after the chest exam, Fern goes into labor???
Is this clinic some kind of time-acceleration chamber?
They just finished the check-up! And the next step is delivery?!
The pace of this pregnancy is a bit too fast!!!
Players can rest easy; the game doesn’t force you to experience the hardships of parenthood.
You can freely choose whether or not to watch the delivery process.
There are no gory scenes during delivery; you just see the baby’s head peeking out slightly.
Players who enjoy a bit of niche content can take a look to satisfy their curiosity about “parenthood.”
(Or treat it as a rehearsal.)
Oddly enough, after the birth, the doctor doesn’t give the baby to Fern.
Neither Fern nor Stark will ever know if the baby is a boy or a girl.
They simply walk out of the church irresponsibly; once the birth is over, it’s over.
(This part is quite wrong; parents really should be more responsible.)
Basically, the main story draws to a close once Fern gives birth.
After all, the party came to this town to find a fertility spell for elves.
Frieren didn’t get pregnant, but Fern did—close enough to call it mission accomplished.
Rather than a “calm” elf, Frieren is more of a “clueless” elf.
It’s only after Fern has already given birth that Frieren finally senses something is wrong and goes to settle the score with Aura.
Aura’s Defeat
Finally, we have the battle scene between Frieren and Aura.
Aura gets beaten until her clothes are in tatters, and she is forced to deactivate the magic circle.
The moment Aura shuts down the magic, Fern suddenly feels unwell and somehow forgets everything that happened over the last two days.
“I don’t know anything~~”
I guess we’ll just act like none of it ever happened.
Surprisingly, Stark mumbles at the end: “Can we go back to how things were? Yes, we can!”
Beyond being a cuckold, Stark is a true “Pure-Love Warrior!”
Stark, you’re a real man of perseverance! I admire you!
Character Introduction
Frieren
The cute and tsundere Frieren, though her presence in this game is quite low.
The character design is very faithful, looking exactly like Frieren from the anime.
Unfortunately, Frieren has no erotic scenes.
She basically only appears at the opening and at the end to defeat Aura.
It would have been nice if she had more screen time.
Fern
Her character design is also quite good.
However, certain parts have been “enhanced/enlarged,” so she looks a bit different from the Fern in the anime.
In this game, Fern goes from an innocent mage to a lust-corrupted mage.
Usually, she might refuse a kiss from her actual boyfriend Stark, but because of the spell, she does it with every “Tom, Dick, and Harry.”
From the old to the young, and even with beasts.
After the magic is lifted, she irresponsibly says, “What? I have no idea…”
Aura
She casts a hypnosis spell on Fern at the start, turning her into a fallen, lustful mage.
At the end, she is defeated by Frieren and forced to lift the spell.
With her clothes torn to shreds, she looks even cuter.
Stark
Stark spends the whole game looking confused.
He doesn’t understand why Fern is always kissing, touching, and doing “it” with others.
He understands even less why it makes him “excited.”
After Fern says “I don’t know~ I forgot~”, the “Pure-Love Cuckold” Stark feels he can keep loving her.
As expected of the warrior Stark—truly a resilient kind of love.
How to Play
The gameplay is simple: just use your mouse and arrow keys to control the character.
In the top right corner, you can see the current day and the “Lewdness Level.”
The top left corner shows the progress of main and side quests.
The game screen is split; the left side is the main gameplay area.
Characters with hearts over their heads are NPCs that trigger erotic CGs or harass Fern.
When Fern is harassed, the Fern on the right side will blush and make an “Oh, don’t do that~~” expression.
Her chest will also bounce—jiggle, jiggle, jiggle—when she gets her butt smacked.
Absolutely adorable.
Erotic events can be triggered anywhere, day or night.
Upon returning to her room, Fern will be so “restless” that she can’t help but take matters into her own hands.
Basically, you won’t get stuck; just keep letting Fern be “lewd” everywhere, and she’ll eventually get pregnant.
Map Introduction
Magic Item Shop
Triggers Time-Stop Scroll, Vibrator, and Teleportation Scroll events.
The first event involves Stark accidentally triggering a Time-Stop Scroll.
To break the spell, physical contact is required.
Naturally, that contact is handled by the shopkeeper.
The second involves a vibrator, but this one is actually a “linked” device.
Even though Fern uses it in another room, the sensations are transmitted to the shopkeeper (a Bluetooth vibrator???).
The third is the Teleportation Scroll. The “kind” shopkeeper gives Fern a scroll.
Next thing you know, Fern is teleported into a wall (not the “Titan in the wall” kind).
As luck would have it, some “kind-hearted” people happen to pass by.
Except they don’t try to pull Fern out of the wall; they try to push something else in.
Clothing Store
Triggers the “Measurement Event,” where the owner uses strange objects to measure Fern’s body.
The owner gets more out of line each time.
The first time, measurements are taken over her clothes.
Later, “more precise” measurements are required.
To avoid any errors, Fern has no choice but to strip naked.
The Guild
The Unicorn Quest is triggered here.
The client asks Fern to help collect unicorn essence.
And it has to be collected twice.
The unicorn is on the mountain path; just head to the top of the map.
First using hands, then her mouth, and finally her body.
Who would have thought Fern would use such a method to gather materials?
The Inn
A “Sleep-Play” (Somnophilia) event can be triggered at night.
After drinking a sleep aid, the innkeeper will sneak in to touch Fern.
Fern feels pleasure while simultaneously fearing that Stark will find out.
But her honest body can’t lie; one thing leads to another, and Fern is “ready.”
The Park
It seems Aura’s magic doesn’t discriminate by age; even the kids are affected by the aphrodisiac.
Fern “takes all comers,” and a “kids’ play” event is triggered in the park.
These brats want to play an “interrogation/torture game” with the pure mage Fern.
The kids get bolder each time; it starts with some light touching and waist-moving.
Then it goes straight to the “insertion” part.
Wait, what is the official boyfriend Stark doing this whole time???
He’s actually standing nearby, “hehehe-ing” and watching with a satisfied look!!
He’s about to change classes from Warrior to “Cuckold Ranger”~~
The Market
Triggers the “Lucky Draw Box” event with a street vendor.
At first, the vendor just asks Fern to hold the box.
Turns out, it’s a “pervy” lucky draw box.
The box is hollowed out.
Anyone coming to draw a prize can reach in and squeeze Fern’s chest.
The first time, Fern couldn’t take it and ran away after being touched.
Later, she decides to endure it and gets felt up again.
The cuckold Stark stands silently by, eventually asking Fern:

The Church
The church is at the mountain peak; follow the map upwards to reach it.
On the way, a “Bushes Erotica” event can be triggered, where Fern is dragged into the grass for some “this and that.”
Once at the church, the confessional is to the right, and the clinic is to the left.
Stark, who asks his girlfriend “Are you used to it?” after she gets harassed, should go to the right to repent.
The pregnant Fern goes to the clinic on the left to give birth, only to be messed with by the doctor.
It feels so good that Fern can’t help… can’t help but give birth.
Gallery / Memory Room
Fallen Mage really knows its audience.
If any “veteran drivers” are in a hurry.
As soon as you open the game, you can head straight to the Memory Room to unlock all CGs.
An NPC will kindly warn you that this might affect the game experience; just ignore it.
After all, watching the CGs is the best game experience!!!
Besides Fern’s CGs, the Memory Room features two of Aura’s CGs.
As for how to unlock Aura’s CGs, we’ll leave that to the “veteran drivers” to figure out!
Game Review
The character likenesses in this game are quite good; if you’re a fan of the anime, I highly recommend it.
However, the game focuses mainly on Fern’s erotic scenes; there are no scenes for Frieren.
If you came here looking for Frieren content, I’m afraid this title won’t deliver.
Overall, the gameplay isn’t difficult, and you can get to the “spicy” parts very quickly.
If you’re in a hurry, you can get into the mood immediately.
The plot is mediocre—it’s mostly just Fern in heat and villagers harassing her.
But Fern is cute enough that the mediocre plot doesn’t really matter~~~
